Today, Vivo India finally declassified its Vivo iQOO Z7 smartphone (although the main specifications have been known since last week).

Unfortunately, the mess and marketing games are in full bloom. And Vivo iQOO Z7 India is very different from the Vivo iQOO Z7 China announced yesterday. The devices look similar. And, most likely, they have identical cameras. But hardware, screen, batteries - it's all different.

Vivo iQOO Z7 China

The

iQOO Z7 India is based on the MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset. We expect 450-500 thousand points in AnTuTuв - solid middle class. The "Chinese" works on a brand new Snapdragon 782G chip, for which there are no statistics yet. (Most likely, it will be a little more powerful - 550-600 thousand points).

Memory. 6 or 8 GB RAM, 128 GB permanent. There is support for memory cards. (Up to 12 + 256 GB for the "Chinese").

The screen is quite compact by modern standards - 6.38" (98 cm²). The resolution is high, 1080x2400 (413 ppi). The matrix is AMOLED with a slightly increased (up to 90 Hz) refresh rate. The "Chinese" screen is completely different - it is larger (6.64" - 107 cm²), it is IPS, and even with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz.

The battery lastsVery modest - at 4500 mAh. Medium-speed charging - 44 watts. iQOO Z7 China has a much better battery - 5000 mAh plus 120W ultra-fast charging.

There are few cameras. 16 MP front, 64+2 MP rear. The main camera is equipped with optical stabilization. The sensor is Samsung ISOCELL GW3 - it is rather small, only 1/1.97". Yes, and a bit old - 2020. (For the "Chinese", the sensor brand is not named, but the resolution is the same, and opto-stabilization is also available ).

Other. Apparently, there is no NFC module. The fingerprint scanner is built into the screen. There is Type-C and a sixth Wi-Fi. LTE bands, as in"Chinese", categorically not ours - there is neither the seventh nor the twentieth.

The iQOO Z7 India will cost ₹18,999 (₽17,900, $232) and ₹19,999 (₽18,900, $244) for the 6+128 and 8+128 GB versions, respectively. For comparison, Vivo iQOO Z7 China 8+128GB costs ¥1599 (₽17900, $232).
