Xiaomi announced its first Poco M4 5G back in April. And it was intended for the Indian market. (Its global almost exact copy is called Redmi 10 5G, but it is not particularly seen on sale).
Now, in August, an alternative smartphone has been released under the same name, Poco M4 5G Global. There are few differences from the "Indian", but, alas ... In short, they drastically worsened the set of cameras. He was, to put it mildly, not a fountain. 50+2 MP rear and 8 MP front. And the global version - and in general - 13 + 2 and 5 MP, respectively. Those. if you wish to use from time to timeyour smartphone as a camera, then you should probably look for some other option.
At the same time, if we forget about the cameras, then all the other characteristics of the Poco M4 5G Global are quite reasonable.
Iron. The popular mid-power chipset is MediaTek Dimensity 700, so we expect 300-350 thousand points in AnTuTu.
Memory. 4 or 6 GB of RAM, 64 or 128 GB of permanent memory. There is support for memory cards.
An IPS screen with a somewhat old-fashioned waterdrop notch. Diagonal 6.58" (104 cm²), 1080x2408 resolution, which gives 401 ppi. Slightly increased to 90 H�� update frequency. (For the "Indian" a slightly different resolution is declared - 1080x2400 - I suspect that one of the layout designers slightly mistyped; however, the difference is purely symbolic, not the essence).
The usual good 5000 mAh battery. Charging is 18W, but the included charger is even slightly better at 22.5W. symbolic depth sensor).
There is dual-band Wi-Fi, Type-C, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The IR blaster and gyroscope are not mentioned - the "Indian" had them. But there was no NFC module, which is present in the global device.
Price informationI don't see you yet. The smartphone page has already appeared on AliExpress, but there is still a barrage price of a thousand evergreen dollars.
