Announcement. Cubot TAB 30 - lightweight ten-inch tablet
Cubot has announced its second tablet called the Cubot TAB 30. Classic ten-inch device without frills. Lightweight, only 421 g. For a budget ten-inch tablet, the weight is almost a record.
The newcomer is very similar to last year's Cubot TAB 10, only it is 150 grams heavier. Interesting, due to what? And the chipset of the new tablet, of course, will be more interesting. This is already the Unisoc Tiger T618 itself, so in AnTuTu we are waiting for around 200-250 thousand points. To top-end devices - like to Everest, but compared to the chip that was in TAB 10, progress is evident.
We saved a little on RAM - it is 4 GB. But permanent - as much as 128 GB. Plus, there is support for memory cards, where without it.
The screen is classic. IPS-matrix with a diagonal of 10.1 "(296 cm²). Standard not very high (but not low) resolution of 1920x1200 (224 ppi).
Battery capacity is average, 6580 mAh. The resolution of the cameras is suddenly quite high. (By the standards of devices of this class, of course). 5 MP front and 13 MP rear.
There is support for LTE networks, a fifth Wi-Fi, stereo speakers and Type-C. It is alleged that even a gyroscope is present.
The page Cubot TAB 30 has already appeared in the Cubot brand store on AliExpress. And now they want $189.99 (₽13800) for it. On the one hand, it seems to be not so bad for a tablet of similar characteristics. But on the other hand, on the same Ali you can buy, for example, Teclast M40 Pro. Only $139.75 (₽10100) at the moment. More RAM, but, however, cameras are weaker.
