Good news. I don’t see any close relatives for the Honor X40 smartphone announced in China.

In short, we have a good middle class. Emphasis on the screen and battery. Pretty decent hardware. Judging by the humane price, they should have saved on something. And on what, if not on cameras? Now about everything in order.

The chipset is the well-known Qualcomm Snapdragon 695, so we expect about 400 thousand points in AnTuTu.

Memory. Large variation in the number of RAM. 6, 8 or even 12 GB. Permanent memory 128 or 256 GB. Memory card apparently, nowhere to put it.

The screen is a ten-bit AMOLED with a diagonal of 6.67 "(107 cm²). Judging by the pictures, it is strongly rounded on the sides. Standard resolution, 1080x2400 (395 ppi). Screen refresh rate up to 120 Hz (not dynamic, no). Sensor polling rate - generally 300 Hz.

The battery capacity is slightly above the average for the hospital - 5100 mAh. Charging is fast, but not excessive - 40W.

Cameras. The front has a resolution of only 8 MP. There are two rear cameras - 50 + 2 MP. What an auxiliary peephole is is not specified. Either a macro camera or a depth sensor.

Other�. No NFC module, no standard audio output. There is support for 5G networks, Type-C and dual-band Wi-Fi. The fingerprint scanner is built into the screen.

These are the prices. ¥1499 (₽12800, $215), ¥1699 (₽14600, $244), ¥1999 (₽17100, $287) and ¥2299 (₽19700, $330) for versions 6+128, 8+128, 8+256 and 12 +256 GB respectively.
