Photo Announcement. Hotwav T5 Max - budget armored smartphone, now with NFC

There has not yet been a formal announcement of the Hotwav T5 Max smartphone. But, as it often happens, in the branded online store, which is located you-know-where, the device has already appeared.

The

Hotwav T5 Max is a close relative of last year's Hotwav T5 Pro smartphone. Updated Android to the current thirteenth version. Installed an NFC module. Added permanent memory. Slightly reduced battery capacity. Everything else remained as it was. Before us is the same inexpensive smartphone-armored car with an extremely low resolution screenI.

Protection. The abbreviations IP68 and IP69K are traditionally indicated. But the references to MIL-STD-810 are nowhere to be seen. Perhaps they just forgot to specify. In any case, the smartphone is clearly protected from water and dust, and to some extent shockproof.

It's hard to call a chipset very powerful. MediaTek Helio A22. In AnTuTu, we expect a little less than a hundred thousand points. RAM 4 GB. The amount of non-volatile memory has grown from 32 GB to 64 GB. There is support for memory cards.

The screen is modest. Diagonal 6 "(93 cm²), resolution is low, only 480x960 (179 ppi). No increaseOf course, there are no other speech refresh rates.

Battery capacity has been reduced from 7500 mAh to 6050 mAh. It's still good. There is no accelerated charging, only the standard 10 W.

The cameras are simple. The front has a resolution of 5 MP. Rear - 13 MP. The depth sensor that was present in the Hotwav T5 Pro model has been cut. Now instead of it there is a plastic plug (which, however, they forgot to paint over in some pictures).

Other. There is an NFC module, Type-C and dual-band Wi-Fi. The fingerprint scanner is located on the back, right below the camera block.

At launch, Hotwav T5 Max will cost $99.99 (₽8320).
