Announcement. Infinix Hot 20 Play - another inexpensive smartphone with a capacious battery
Infinix has announced a smartphone called Infinix Hot 20 Play. It is identical in appearance and screen to the Infinix Hot 20 4G smartphone I wrote about yesterday. But otherwise they are very different.
The Infinix Hot 20 Play has no exact twins. Infinix Hot 12 Play MediaTek, Infinix Hot 11 Play, Infinix Smart 5 India, Infinix Hot 10 Play Helio G25, Infinix Hot 10 Play Helio G35. But either the chipsets are slightly different, or the appearance is different, charging is slower, etc.
About the characteristics.
Chipset - MediaTek Helio G37, so AnTuTu will have 120-130 thousand points, hardlywhether more.
Memory. 4 GB of honest RAM plus its traditional marketing increase to 7 GB due to permanent memory. Permanent memory - 64 or 128 GB. There is support for memory cards, but the Micro-SD tray is combined with the tray for the second SIM card.
The screen is large, 6.82" (110 cm²). The resolution is not high, only 720x1640 (263 ppi). The refresh rate is slightly increased - up to 90 Hz.

The cameras are simple and hardly too good. Front has a resolution of 8 MP, rear - 13 MP (plus AI Lens accessory).
There is no NFC module, there is no support for 5G networks either. There is a rear fingerprint scanner, Type-C and dual-band Wi-Fi.
In which countries Infinix Hot 20 Play will be sold and how much money they want for it is still unknown.
