Announcement. Is the Razer Edge game console a semi-smartphone or even a bit of a tablet?

Razer, a company specializing in electronics for gamers, has released a compact game console Razer Edge.
In terms of size, if you "bite off" the Razer Kishi V2 branded game controller from the console, we have a classic modern smartphone in front of us. Well, yes, it's big. See for yourself. The diagonal of the AMOLED screen is 6.8" (112 cm²), the resolution is 1080x2400 (387 ppi). And the refresh rate is up to 144 Hz. Conventionally, this is approximately the same as last year's ASUS ROG Phone 5.
But then we take it, we fasten the game controller to the device, and we get... A smartphone with an attachmentThe controller bent to it - here they are, all sorts of control buttons to the left and right of the screen.
But I still posted Razer Edge in the catalog on our website to the tablet section. On a purely formal basis. It has a variety without mobile internet support. And there are no rear cameras. And what kind of smartphone is it if it doesn’t have normal cameras?
Characteristics.
Some specialized Qualcomm Snapdragon G3x Gen 1 gaming chipset. It was announced last year, but there is no information about it yet. Well, he knows how to work with screens with a frequencyth update to 144Hz (thanks Captain Obvious). There is built-in support for 5G networks and Wi-Fi 6E. What kind of graphics and what cores are not said. Most likely something pretty powerful. But how powerful?
Memory. Like an average smartphone. (Why be surprised? Before us is a standard android device, by and large). 8 GB operational, 128 GB permanent. Plus there is support for memory cards.
Battery. Again, normal smartphone - 5000 mAh.
There is a front camera - 5 MP.
The Razer Edge does not have its own standard audio output, but the games donew controller.
About money.
The Razer Edge should be available in early 2023. Exclusive for Foreign operator Verizon. The Wi-Fi version will cost $399.99. The price for the version with support for 5G networks will be announced sometime later. There will also be a special version of the "Founders Edition" for $499.99 - there the ideologically correct Razer Hammerhead True Wireless headphones will be included in the kit.
Games? Well, what are the games. We are talking about support for Nvidia GeForce Now, Xbox Cloud Gaming, Epic Games Store... It is clear that nothing will stop you from playing native "just toys", like on any android smartphone.
