The Japanese from Kyocera decided that it was not worth throwing such a good thing as Android One in the trash, and released a smartphone in their homeland under the understandable name Kyocera Android One S10 . Android, by the way, is the freshest, the thirteenth.
A compact smartphone without any frills, but, according to Japanese traditions, very secure.
Of course, there is protection against water and dust according to the class IP68. Plus, in plain text, it is recommended to wash your smartphone with soap and even wipe it with alcohol. Some antibacterial properties of the device are also mentioned.
Armored�The Kyocera S10 doesn't look like a choke. However, it is claimed to meet the MIL-STD-810H Mechanical Shock and Drop test (this is when a body is dropped onto a flat steel surface from a height of 122 centimeters at various angles).
To the hardware characteristics.
The screen is small, only 6.1" (90 cm²). The seemingly standard resolution of 1080x2400 gives as much as 431 dpi on such a diagonal. There is no increased refresh rate.
The super popular MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. So we have support for 5G networks and 300-350 thousand points in AnTuTu. Memory is not very much - 4 GB ��operational and 64 GB permanent (support for memory cards, of course, is).
The battery is not particularly large, only 4380 mAh. Medium-speed charging - from zero to hundred percent in 85 minutes (35 W, if I understand correctly).
The cameras are simple. 8 MP front. There are two rear cameras, both 16 MP each - main and wide-angle.
Other. There is Type-C, a fifth Wi-Fi, a rear fingerprint scanner, eSIM support, an NFC module. No support for our LTE bands.
I did not find official information about the cost. Japanese news sites write that at the start of sales of Kyocera Android One S10 will cost 36,000 yen (₽18,800, $272).
