The Kyocera DuraXV Extreme rugged feature phone was announced two and a half years ago. And now it is being replaced by Kyocera DuraXV Extreme+. Like its ancestor, the newcomer is intended for the foreign operator Verizon, so there is no need to wait for it in our latitudes.
As far as I can see, the difference between the devices is about the same. Changed the chipset. Was Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 (about fifty thousand points in AnTuTu), became MediaTek Helio A22 (about one hundred thousand points).
