Announcement. Motorola Moto G23 - slightly better camera, slightly faster charging
The Moto G23 model is very close to the Moto G13 smartphone that was announced at the same time. Even the appearance is identical (but, however, the colors are slightly different). I see three differences:
- Charging is now faster - 30W instead of 10W.
- Slightly better cameras. Upgraded the front. Instead of a depth sensor, they put a simple wide-angle module.
- There is a version with a decent amount of RAM.
To the characteristics.
The chipset is still the same MediaTek Helio G85 from 2020. So there is no support for 5G networks, but in AnTuTu we expect all thosea modest 200-250 thousand points.
Memory. 4 or 8 GB RAM, 128 GB permanent, there is support for memory cards. (Moto G13 always has 4 GB of RAM).
A screen with a slightly raised (up to 90 Hz) refresh rate, but otherwise quite simple. Diagonal 6.5" (102 cm²), resolution 720x1600 (270 ppi).
The battery is standard good, 5000 mAh.
Cameras. Front 16 MP instead of 8 MP for Moto G13. Behind - 50 + 5 + 2 MP. The wide-angle module can also be used as a depth sensor. The simplest available sensor is used as the main sensor with a probability of 95%.they are on the "fifty dollars" market, i.e. Samsung ISOCELL JN1.
Other. There is an NFC module, a side fingerprint scanner, a fifth Wi-Fi, Type-C.
At the start of sales in Germany, Motorola Moto G23 will cost €229.99 (₽17200, $250) for the 8+128 GB version.
