New gaming smartphones announced in China. They are called Nubia Red Magic 7S and Nubia Red Magic 7S Pro.

The announcement is not particularly interesting. Before us is a minimal update of smartphones announced six months ago Nubia Red Magic 7 and Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro. The only significant difference between the summer and winter pair is in the chipset. In winter, the most powerful chipset in the world was Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, and accordingly it was used. Now a fresh, half-knee more powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 has appeared - they put it in new smartphones. A little bitOther colors, slightly different with memory... Perhaps some other differences are buried somewhere in the depths, but they are not visible to the outside. Everything else is identical, including dimensions to the nearest millimeter.

Memory. The younger model has from 8 to 16 GB of operasactive and from 128 to 512 GB permanent. The older one has from 12 to 18 GB of operational and from 256 GB to 1 TB of permanent. No memory card support.

Large juicy screens. AMOLED matrices with a diagonal of 6.8 "(112 cm²) and a resolution of 1080x2400 (387 ppi). It's a bit strange with frequencies. It is stated that the younger model has a maximum screen refresh rate of as much as 165 Hz, and the older one - only 120 Hz. At the same time, with a sensor polling rate the situation is reversed, 720 and 960 Hz respectively.

The battery capacity is 4500 and 5000 mAh for the younger and older models, respectively. Charging speed - 120 and 135 W (chargeryours in the kit - generally 165 watts). Full charge time - 17 minutes for the younger model and 15 minutes for the older one.

The feature of the older model is a front camera with a resolution of 16 MP hidden under the screen. no cutouts. The younger model does not have cutouts in the screen either, but the camera (8 MP) is not located under the screen, but above it, so I had to make the top frame a little wider.

The set of rear cameras seems to be the same. 64 + 8 + 2 MP - a standard set of the main module, wide-angle and macro.

Other. There is a standard audio output, support for 5G networks, NFC moduleb, Wi-Fi 6E. Fingerprint scanners are located under the screens.

With game gadgets, everything is relatively standard. Powerful vibration motor, stereo speakers, trigger keys.
