Announcement. OPPO A17 - designer state employee
OPPO has announced a low-cost OPPO A17 smartphone in several regions. From the point of view of characteristics, it is not interesting for about anything, but its appearance is curious. Leather. (Blue and gray vegans, I suspect hardly real). I don’t know how it will be there live, but it looks very nice on the pictures.
In terms of characteristics, OPPO A17 is very similar to OPPO A77 4G, OPPO A57s and OnePlus Nord N20 SE . But the appearance is different, the front camera is weaker. Apparently, the normal Type-C has been replaced with the ancient Micro-USB. Plus, I did not find official confirmationNote that the A17 has a fingerprint scanner. (Unfortunately, the guys from OPPO did not bother to publish a normal page with detailed specifications this time).
About the characteristics.
Chipset. Formally gaming MediaTek Helio G35. In fact, we expect only a little more than a hundred thousand points in AnTuTu, which is completely ridiculous by modern standards. There is not much memory. 4 GB of RAM (advertising pictures show 8 GB, but you and I understand ...) 64 GB of permanent memory. There is support for memory cards.
A simple screen. 6.56" (103 cm²) diagonal, low resolutionResolution 720x1612 (269 ppi). No increased refresh rate.
Cameras. Simple set. The front has a resolution of 5 MP. There are two rear cameras - 50 + 2 MP. Most likely, the main sensor is Samsung ISOCELL JN1.
Well, the battery. 5000 mAh Charging speed not mentioned. So, most likely, here we have the standard 10 watts.
Wi-Fi is expected to be dual-band, although this has not been officially announced. The power button looks slightly recessed inside the case, so the fingerprint scanner may well be there. But neither in the description nor in the pictures is anything likenot drawn. I suspect there is also no NFC module.
OPPO A17 spotted in stores in Singapore and Malaysia. I don't see price information for the Lion City yet. Well, in Malaysia, they now want only 599 ringgits (₽7470, $129) for the device.
