Announcement. Redmi Note 12 and company - chipset debut, sensor debut, record charging
Xiaomi today announced its new line of Redmi Note 12 smartphones. Four models:
In short, here we have the debut of the chipset, the debut of the sensor and the record for charging speed. I applaud Xiaomi. To collect exclusively so many delicious things - it takes a lot of effort!

Redmi Note 12 is a normal middle class, but they obviously saved money on cameras.
Redmi Note 12 Pro - solid middle class, better cameraate optical stabilization. (Chipset debut).
Redmi Note 12 Pro+ is a copy of Note 12 Pro, but with a 200 MP camera. (Sensor debut).
Redmi Note 12 探索版 (Explorer Edition) is a copy of Note 12 Pro+, but with a record-breaking 210W ultra-fast charging (9 minutes for a full charge).

For MediaTek Dimensity 1080, which is in the other three smartphones, there are no statistics yet - for the debut. But, in fact, this is a light update of the Dimensity 920 chipset (slightly increased the frequency, added support for ultra-high-speed cameras)whose permission). So we are waiting for around half a million points. Well, or a little more, but not much.
Screens. Standard OLED matrices with a diagonal of 6.67 "(107 cm²) and a resolution of 1080x2400 (395 ppi). High refresh rate - up to 120 Hz. 10-bit colors in three older models.
Batteries have a capacity of 5000 mAh in the three lower models and only 4300 mAh in the Explorer Edition. There, the capacity had to be sacrificed in order to be able to shove a record-breaking charge of 210 watts inside the case. Wow. The smartphone charges from zero to one hundred percent in 9 minutes! For comparison, to charge the bahtrail Redmi Note 12 Pro+, it will take 19 minutes. True, the "plus" and the battery are somewhat larger. To be honest, there is no longer much point in further accelerating the speed of charging. But records are being set and set...
Front cameras. 8 MP for the younger model and 16 MP for the other three.
Rear cameras.
- Redmi Note 12 - the simplest dual camera 48 + 2 MP without optical stabilization. The younger camera is not even a macro, but a depth sensor.
- Redmi Note 12 Pro - optical stabilization appears. There are already three cameras - 50 + 8 + 2 (main, wide, macro). Sens�The rear of the main camera is quite solid - Sony IMX766.
- Redmi Note 12 Pro+ - the main sensor changes to Samsung ISOCELL HPX. An insane 200 MP resolution, but the sensor is quite compact (though still larger than the Sony IMX766). What will happen to the quality is a question of questions. I look forward to the reviews with great impatience.
- Redmi Note 12 Explorer Edition - here with cameras everything is like Note 12 Pro+, no differences.
Other.
Redmi Note 12 does not have an NFC module, and the fingerprint scanner is located on the side. Other models have NFC, and the fingerprint scanner is hidden under the screen.
Everyone canThere are standard audio outputs and IR blasters.
No one seems to have support for memory cards. (Or does the younger model still have it?)
Problems with "our" LTE bands. Redmi Note 12 at least has Band 7. Older models have neither Band 7 nor Band 20.
And prices. In China, everything is quite humane.
