Announcement. Teclast P80T - super cheap tablet with sixth Wi-Fi
In Thailand, a cheap tablet called Teclast P80T has been spotted for sale. Surveys have shown that we have a light update of the 2020 Teclast P80 model. Added one gigabyte of RAM. Slightly changed the appearance and dimensions. Updated Android. And, suddenly, there was support for the sixth Wi-Fi.
But the essence remains the same. Teclast P80T is a typical budget device. Weak and uninteresting.
The Allwinner A133 chipset is interesting because I still don't have performance statistics for it. Although we already have seven plans registered on the sitesheets with this chip inside. But these are the tablets ... In any case, iron is extremely weak by modern standards. The performance should be somewhere on the level of MediaTek Helio A20, ie. up to one hundred thousand AnTuTu points.
The rest of the characteristics - to match. 3 GB RAM, 32 GB storage. Eight-inch screen with a low resolution of 1280x800 (189 ppi). Medium capacity 4000 mAh battery.
Camera with the same success could not be installed at all. Rear (2 MP) - that's for sure. Frontal (0.3 MP), so be it, let it stay.
But there is a positiveGreat moments. Supports dual-band Wi-Fi (sixth!), fifth Bluetooth. And USB is modern, Type-C.
But what is not clear - is there support for GPS? Neither the description of the chipset nor the description of the tablet mentions it.
But it's inexpensive. Quite inexpensive. THB 2207 (₽3820, $62.3) at launch.
