I just discovered that Teclast has slightly updated their next tablet. A little bit. (Not sure if the update happened today or yesterday, but probably more than a month ago).

So. Teclast T50 2023 is the successor of the Teclast T50 2021 tablet. I see exactly two differences between them.

• Replaced the chipset. Was Unisoc T618 2019, became Unisoc T616 2021. However, it's about the same. In AnTuTu, the one that the other is gaining in the region of 200-250 thousand points. The same set of cores, identical frequency, the same process technology. Only the GPUs are slightly different.
• Aboutupdated Android. Eleventh to twelfth.

Memory. Here everything was as good as it was, and so it remains. RAM - 8 GB. Plus 128 GB of permanent memory. And, of course, there is support for memory cards.

The screen has a diagonal of 11" (344 cm²). IPS-matrix. The resolution is 2000x1200, which gives 212 dpi. By the standards of smartphones - a little, by the standards of tablets - not bad. There is no increased screen refresh rate, only the standard 60 Hz. But the sensor polling frequency is 120 Hz.

The battery has a capacity of 7500 mAh. Slightly faster charging - 18 W.

Front camera is typical - 8 MP. The rear camera still has a resolution of as much as 20 MP. Why a tablet needs so many megapixels is a mystery.

Teclast T50 2023, like its predecessor, can work in LTE networks. But we do not know the list of supported ranges. Dual-band Wi-Fi, Type-C - it's all there. Plus, support for all major satellite systems is promised. Judging by the official pictures, there is no fingerprint scanner and a standard audio output.

Teclast T50 2023 has already appeared on AliExpress. Now you can buy it there for $183 (₽14300).

(Which is strange, Teclast T50 2021 is not even available now.�much more expensive).
