Back in 2020, Unihertz launched a compact smartphone the size (but not thick) of a credit card - Unihertz Jelly 2. In the store at the official website, it is now sold for $179.99 (₽11100), and on AliExpress it can be bought for $184.49 (₽12100).
And now its "successor" Unihertz Jelly 2E is announced. The regular price is promised at $169.99 (₽10500). Although at the start, it seems like it will be possible to buy for only $139.99 (₽8630). (But uhOh, again, the prices are from the official website, not from Aliexpress. We are not particularly interested in them, because. there is no delivery to Russia).
So. Compare.
Chipset. There was an ancient eight-core MediaTek Helio P60 (about 200 thousand points in AnTuTu). It has become more recent, but only the quad-core Helio A20. Well, if it reaches 100 thousand points.
Memory was 6+128 GB, now 4+64 GB. (There is support for memory cards - a hybrid tray).
The screen, battery, and cameras appear to be unchanged.
Three-inch IPS-matrix (25 cm² - a quarter of the screen area of the average modern screen)smart phone). The resolution is 480x854, which at such dimensions gives a quite reasonable 327 ppi.
The battery is small, 2000 mAh. The cameras are single, 8 MP in front and 16 MP in the back.
The fingerprint scanner remains on the rear. As before, there's Type-C, dual-band Wi-Fi, and an IR blaster.
There was an NFC module - it was removed. But Android was updated to the 12th version.
We look forward to appearing on Ali. Although, to be honest, such a thorough downgrade does not inspire at all.
