Photo Announcement. Vivo iQOO 9T - powerful Indian copy

Vivo has announced a smartphone called Vivo iQOO 9T in India.

A brief study showed that the newcomer is suspiciously similar to the Vivo iQOO 10 sold in China. Only the colors are smaller, but the software shell is different. OriginOS Ocean from the "Chinese" against Funtouch OS 12 from the "Indian". I don't see any other differences.

iQOO 10

About the characteristics.

Top-end chipset - Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. A million plus points in AnTuTu. In addition to the standard chipset, a proprietary V1+ chip has been added to the smartphone. It is used for image processing.Live from cameras. It, if I understand correctly, is used to interpolate images in games - such a tricky way to increase fps.

RAM 8 or 12 GB, permanent memory 128 or 256 GB. Memory is, of course, fast. And, of course, there is no support for memory cards.

Ultra-fast charging - 120W. Full charge time, according to official promotional materials, 20 minutes. (In China, iQOO 10 somehow charges a minute faster.

The battery is standard, 4700 mAh (more precisely, there are, of course, two half-capacity batteries, but who cares about these technical details)Any details?)

The screen appears to be identical to the one used back in iQOO 9 China. Diagonal 6.78" (111 cm²), maximum refresh rate - 120 Hz. AMOLED E5, flat and non-LTPO. Standard resolution, 1080x2400 (388 ppi).

Cameras. The front camera has a resolution of 16 MP. There are three rear cameras - 50 + 13 + 12 MP - main, wide-angle and telephoto. The main sensor is Samsung ISOCELL GN5, there is optical stabilization. The wide-angle camera can act as a macro camera. The telephoto is simple, the magnification is only twofold.

In the "other" section, everything is standard. 5G, NFC, stereoSpeakers, a sixth Wi-Fi, in-screen fingerprint scanners and no proper audio output.

And about money.

For iQOO 9T in India they want ₹49999 (₽38900, $626) and ₹54999 (₽42700, $689) for the 8+128 and 12+256 GB versions, respectively.

For comparison, Vivo iQOO 10 in China costs ¥3699 (₽34300, $553) and ¥4299 (₽39900, $643) for the same amount of memory. On AliExpress, the junior version I see for $575 (₽40200).
