Tablets Teclast M40 Pro and Teclast T40 Pro were released in 2021. The first - in the spring, the second - in the fall. The first is slightly smaller (10.1"), the second is slightly larger (10.4"). The same hardware and batteries, not very impressive cameras. But everything is fine with memory.

Teclast decided it was time to give these two models a little refresh. And they placed a slightly different filling in the same cases. So let's meet Teclast M40 Pro 2023 and Teclast T40 Pro 2023. (Alas and ah, they didn’t change the names of the tablets, they just added the year of release to them. So we are guaranteed confusion in online storesa).

Actually, the changes are quite symbolic. Updated Android from the eleventh version to the twelfth. 2 GB of RAM was added to the smaller model - so now the memory has become equally divided - what is there, what is there 8 + 128 GB (plus support for memory cards). And they replaced the chipset. Everything.

Was a 2019 Unisoc T618 chipset, became a 2021 Unisoc T616. However, it's about like horseradish and radish. In AnTuTu, the one that the other is gaining in the region of 200-250 thousand points. The same set of cores, identical frequency, the same process technology. Only the GPU is GermanSo different.

Screens. I already mentioned the diagonals - 10.1 "(296 cm²) and 10.4" (308 cm²). Resolutions are slightly different, 1920x1200 and 2000x1200. Which, by the way, gives exactly the same density - 224 dpi. As you can easily understand, the older tablet is a little more elongated.

The batteries are identical, 7000 mAh. The T40 Pro 2023 has slightly faster charging at 18W.

The cameras of all tablets are simple single. 5 MP front and 8 MP rear for both M40 Pro, 8 MP front and 13 MP rear for their slightly taller brothers.

Other. There is support for LTE networks of unknown bands, dual-band Wi-Fi, Type-C, foure dynamics.
