The Austrian authorities on Thursday revealed a sweeping nationwide technique to fight anti-Semitism within the nation by protections for the Jewish neighborhood and extra stringent punishments for hate crimes, AP News reported.
Oskar Deutsch, president of the Jewish Community of Vienna, commented on the Austrian authorities’s new technique, noting that “Jews are always the first ones who are affected” by discrimination.
