Canadian Judge Finds 2018 Toronto Van Attack Perpetrator Guilty on All 26 Counts

TORONTO (Sputnik) – Alek Minassian, the perpetrator of the Toronto van assault in April 2018, which left ten useless and 26 injured, has been discovered responsible on all 26 counts of homicide and tried homicide, an Ontario Superior Court of Justice choose dominated on Wednesday.

Justice Anne Molloy dominated that the 28-year-old was absolutely conscious of the affect of his actions and the assault was reasoned and punctiliously deliberate.

Minassian had admitted to the assault, however his attorneys argued he was not criminally accountable resulting from his autism spectrum dysfunction.
