Iranian-Flagged Ship Arrives in Venezuela Again Despite US Pressure, Tracking Data Suggests

An Iranian-flagged ship made its solution to the Venezuelan port of La Guaira this week, Reuters reported, citing vessel monitoring information supplied by Refinitiv Eikon analytical agency.

The Golsan, a cargo ship which had reportedly entered port on Thursday, was noticed leaving Iran in November. However, it stays unclear what’s on board the vessel, which is owned by Mosakhar Darya Shipping Co.

Back in July, the Golsan got here to Venezuela from Iran loaded with meals in a bid to provide the nation’s first Iranian grocery store. It later made its approach again to the Republic with alumina powder on board, a substance used to supply aluminium steel.
